Disable Trouble Beeps from the App on Apple Devices
1. From the Home Screen press the arrow to the right of SECURITY SYSTEM
2. Once in SECURITY SYSTEM press the cogwheel.
3. After you press the Cogwheel you can press On and you will have the option to turn the Beeps Off. I will keep the system from beeping for 7days or until customer manually turns it back On. (In order to disable the beeps the system has to be disarmed.)
Disable Trouble Beeps from the App on Android Devices
1. From the Home Screen press the arrow to the right of SECURITY SYSTEM
2. Once in SECURITY SYSTEM press the cogwheel.
3. After you press the Cogwheel, press Trouble Beeps.
4. Press Trouble Beeps On.
5. Select “Turn Off for 7 days”. This will keep the system from beeping for 7 days. days. (In order to disable the beeps the system has to be disarmed.)
6. Press "TURN OFF" to confirm the selection. Press the checkmark (✓) in the upper right hand corner to save the changes.
