The Privacy Statement Regarding Customer and Online User Information applies to Safetouch Inc. Systems(SAFETOUCH) and its corporate affiliates, but not to those SAFETOUCH corporate affiliates that have published their own privacy and security statements. This privacy statement also does not apply to the websites of our business partners or to any other third parties, even if their websites are linked to our website. We recommend you review the privacy statements of the other parties with whom you interact.

This privacy statement governs personal information we collect from our customers and online from our website users (“you”), through SAFETOUCH products, services, software, websites, contacts, or our relationship with you.

For the purposes of this privacy statement, “corporate affiliates” means any entity or joint venture that is wholly or partially owned or controlled by Safetouch Inc. Systems “Business partners” means any subcontractor, vendor or other entity with whom we have an ongoing business relationship to provide products, services, or information. “Personal information” means information which identifies you, such as your name, telephone number, and email address.

Information we collect

We may ask you to provide personal information when you:

  • Request quotes, services, support, or information;
  • Place orders for products or services;
  • Participate in surveys, sweepstakes, or other promotional activities;

Some SAFETOUCH services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. How we secure your information

SAFETOUCH is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, such as encryption, passwords, physical security, etc. While we strive to protect your personal information, SAFETOUCH cannot ensure or warrant that the personal information or private communications you transmit to us will always remain private, and you do so at your own risk.

If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.

We will not require you to transmit your SSN on the Internet unless the connection is secure or the SSN is encrypted, or require you to transmit your SSN to access a website without requiring additional authentication.

Collection and use of children's personal information

SAFETOUCH takes children’s privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through our websites.

If you are under 18 years of age, please do not submit any personal information through our websites without the express consent and participation of a parent or guardian.

How we use cookies and web beacons

SAFETOUCH web sites use SAFETOUCH and third party “cookies” to enable you to sign in to our services and to help personalize your online experience. Similarly, third parties whose content or ads appear at Safetouchsecurity.com, or whose emails Safetouchsecurity.com sends to our users, may also place web beacons in their ads or emails for purposes of measuring the effectiveness of the content, ads, or email.

Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

SafeTouch Security mobile message service (Sakari) is operated bySafeTouch Security (“ SafeTouch Security ”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to SafeTouch Security SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of SafeTouch Security through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., setting appointments, sales.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with SafeTouch Security. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to [insert your sending number] or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other SafeTouch Security mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
